The GigaOM Structure 50

We’re pleased and excited to report that the wonderful folks at GigaOM have recognized Aryaka as a Structure 50 company, a list of the 50 companies that are influencing how the cloud and infrastructure evolves. Aryaka will also be participating at this week’s GigaOM Structure 2011 conference in San Francisco as a Showtime Sponsor. Structure is GigaOM’s flagship conference on Cloud Computing and Internet Infrastructure, bringing together the most influential thinkers for two days (June 22-23). Aryaka CEO Ajit Gupta will be speaking on a panel “The Promise of the Cloud: Getting Down to Dollars and “Common Sense.”

Being recognized as a Structure 50 company is further proof that our vision for cloud-based WAN optimization is redefining the new-age enterprise with no boundaries. Aryaka was launched to address the cost and complexity associated with the old-fashioned way of optimizing a WAN – symmetric deployment of appliances, a point to-point MPLS network to connect locations, and months of waiting and watching for the network to finally be optimized. Aryaka has brought about a fundamental architecture and business model shift in the way WAN optimization functionality is delivered to the enterprise – from a box to a service. And we have seen tremendous success with the traditional enterprise and their HQ-branch office needs.

We’ll be sharing more about the evolution of the Business Cloud and our take on the exciting events at GigaOM Structure 2011. Do give us a shoutout on twitter (@AryakaNetworks) if you are around at Structure and would like to meet up. San Francisco, here we come!
