We are looking for a Channel Account Manager with extensive experience and relationships with top producing enterprise channel partners. You will be responsible for generating channel interest, assisting and maintaining deal registration integrity, and all channel activities within a defined territory. The role requires organizing activities and events with the channel to drive a mutually beneficial relationship between Aryaka Regional Sales Directors and our channel partners. This is a role that demands top organizational skills, energy, MDF expense management, and a highly professional balance of social and business activities. The channel deal registration process must be meticulously managed via to provide complete transparency and maintain the highest level of integrity within the Aryaka Channel Program.


  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of Company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Manage potential channel conflict among partners by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drive adoption of Company programs among assigned partners
  • Proactively recruit new qualifying partners
  • Play an important role in developing and maintaining the Company’s image and reputation in the marketplace.


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience generating revenue through and with the channel
  • Possess a disciplined and proven Customer-Centric Sales Process
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
  • Demonstrated channel management experience with a track record of exceptional achievement
  • Demonstrated ability calling on and securing partnerships with top enterprise channel firms
  • Knowledge of the SD-WAN market and deployment of global applications
  • Experience with MS office Suite, Salesforce, Outlook, Zoom or similar
  • Experience in a complex sales environment, assisting partners with large, visible, demanding, customer opportunities.
  • Must be a local (CA) candidate.


  • BA/BS degree in a related field supported by relevant experience.
