Job Title: Channel Account Manager Southern Europe

Aryaka is looking for experienced channel management professionals to capitalize on its recent momentum, expand market penetration via the channel ecosystem, and drive enterprise sales together with our partners in the next phase of growth.


  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts within your territory
  • Coordinate company resources to facilitate sales and technical training, marketing, business planning and execution as well as address partners’ expectations from a support and service perspective and driving mutual performance objectives
  • Support CSM teams to maximize the revenue opportunity and customer satisfaction within your managed partners
  • Meet assigned targets for new opportunity generation, sales into new accounts and upsell existing accounts, as well as strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Proactively lead a joint partner business planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship to hit lead and revenue targets
  • Work with the Partner Marketing team to plan and execute an agreed marketing plan
  • Co-ordinate executive level relationships and quarterly business review with partners
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
  • Manage potential channel conflict among partners by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to deal registration process
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Proactively recruit new qualifying partners in your territory
  • Represent Aryaka professionally at all times in your territory


  • Extensive IT channel management experience in the territory with a track record of exceptional achievement
  • Degree level education (preferred but not required)
  • Experience of both direct and indirect sales roles
  • Demonstrated ability calling on and securing partnerships with top enterprise channel firms
  • Ideally knowledge of the SD-WAN and cloud/saas applications market
  • Experience in a complex sales environment, assisting partners with large, visible, demanding, customer opportunities

  • BA/BS degree supported by relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of generating revenue through and with the channel
