Aryaka is looking for experienced product marketing and product management professionals to capitalize on its recent momentum, expand market penetration, and drive enterprise sales in the next phase of growth.


We are looking for a Channel Account Manager with extensive experience and relationships working with top producing Microsoft AWS VARs and Integration partners. You will be responsible for generating channel interest to effectively identify on-board new Aryaka Channel Partners and Enable and manage them to productivity, ultimately measured through the sales of Aryaka solutions through alternate channels and the achievement of specific revenue objectives.

This is a role that demands strategic thinking, top organizational process management skills, energy, and a relatively high technical acumen re: Cloud services and ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in defining and developing technology and consulting partner communities for cloud solutions, along with business development, channel development, and strategic alliances skills. He/she should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically to effectively convey compelling value propositions for Aryaka services with customers, partners and internal Aryaka teams. The candidate should also have a proven track record of influencing customer adoption and scale through a partner community, with prior go-to-market program execution success.


  • Identify, Contract, On Board, Enable and Make productive, new Aryaka Channel Partners
  • Establish sales through indirect channels such as Value Added Reseller (VAR), Systems Integrators, MSPs, Alliances or Partners
    • Attain assigned revenue targets and strategic objectives in assigned channels
  • Ensure Aryaka brand values are maintained by Channel Partners
  • Drive channel sales strategies and channel sales promotion campaigns
    • Develop Joint Go to Market and Business Development programs with assigned partners
    • Coordinate the involvement of cross functional team’s engagement with the partner and partner’s accounts, including sales, support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
    • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
    • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
    • Manage potential channel conflict among partners by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement and deal registration process
    • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
    • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
    • Proactively recruits new qualifying partners
    • Play an important role in developing and maintaining the company’s image and reputation in the marketplace.


  • 10+ years Demonstrated channel management or equivalent experience in a complex sales environment, assisting partners with large, visible, demanding customer opportunities.
  • A verifiable track record of exceptional achievement.
  • Demonstrated ability calling on and securing partnerships with top enterprise channel firms.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Platforms &/or Software Applications and deployment of global applications.
  • Ability to drive training and development plans for organization
  • Experience in a complex sales environment, assisting partners with large, visible, demanding customer opportunities.
  • Moderate to high level of technical cloud centric knowledge.

Ability to travel up to 50%.

  • Bachelor’s degree supported by relevant experience.
