Aryaka is looking for experienced product marketing and product management professionals to capitalize on its recent momentum, expand market penetration, and drive enterprise sales in the next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate needs, provide a strong strategic partnership and  high-level tailored support to the CEO
  • Calendar management across multiple time zones and locations for the CEO and the Executive Team as needed
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements and timely accurate expense reporting
  • Be responsible for all scheduling and logistics related to Board of Directors meetings, Advisory Board meetings, QBRs and All Hands Company Meetings and offsite/onsite management meetings
  • Act as a key stakeholder on special projects
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Services, HR and Finance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO
  • Experience in heavy calendaring for multiple C-Level Executives
  • Previous experience working with  Board of Directors and high-level Executives
  • Proven competency using MS Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail and ability to work independently to lead and work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a quick learner, able to set and juggle priorities by handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Positive attitude and ability to be flexible
  • Tech industry experience a plus
