Job Description:


We are looking for a wildly motivated & energetic channel/business development representative with experience in B2B business development, ideally through channels but not requisite. You will be responsible for generating channel interest both to identify & qualify new Aryaka Channel Partners and then to aggressively engage existing but idle agents and resell partners, working often through our Master Agents and Distributors and their contracted ecosystem of partners, to solicit ‘at bats’ and drive new pipeline opportunities. Your primary methods of engagement will be telephone, email and social media; and we welcome any creative alternatives you bring with you! Success will ultimately be measured through pipeline and the creation of qualified sales accepted leads to be pursued by our channel sales experts working collaboratively with the partner.

This is a role that demands disciplined rigor around regular touches and creative approaches to keeping Aryaka top of mind and ensuring partners understand our best fit use cases.

The ideal candidate will be highly energetic and competitive….a scorekeeper, and possess strong
organizational, writing, and telephone skills. Technology background is advantageous.

He/she should have the ability to think strategically to effectively convey compelling value propositions for Aryaka services with partners.


  • Identify, & engage idle or inactive partners
  • Identify, educate and on board prospective new partners
  • Inform partners of latest use cases, selling assets, press or media content, and financial incentives or promotions.
  • Encourage & Convince partners to position Aryaka as a Next gen WAN alternative with their customers and prospects. Effectively get concurrence to minimally have us compete for the business so our sales executives can engage and advance qualified opportunities.
  • Qualify opportunities as right fit, winnable deals for Aryaka.
  • Attain assigned & Qualified Lead targets.
  • Identify & qualify new right fit partners


  • Bachelor’s degree supported by relevant experience.
  • A verifiable track record of exceptional achievement.
  • Demonstrated ability calling on and securing partnerships with enterprise channel firms.
  • 3+ years Demonstrated channel management or equivalent experience in a business development or sales role.
  • Understanding of networking, cloud platforms &/or software applications and delivery
  • WFH environment conducive to making partner and customer telephone calls throughout the business day
  • Understanding/expertise with Microsoft Office (word, excel, PPT, outlook)
  • Professional Social Media acumen and understanding
