Job Title: Senior Director, Demand Generation and Growth Marketing

Aryaka is looking for experienced product marketing and product management professionals to capitalize on its recent momentum, expand market penetration, and drive enterprise sales in the next phase of growth.


Aryaka is looking for a seasoned B2B demand generation leader who can lead a global team of talented individuals across field and channel marketing, marketing operations, sales development and digital marketing. The Demand Generation Leader will report into the CMO of the company, and will closely partner with sales, sales operations, channel partners, content marketing teams and other stakeholders to take full responsibility for  lead generation, pipeline development, inside sales as well as aspects of digital marketing for lead generation purposes.  The candidate should have demonstrated qualities scaling the demand generation in a fast-growing environment.


  • Lead highly impactful worldwide campaigns focusing on pipeline building, demand generation and nurturing for the company
  • Lead a global team of field marketing Directors, Marketing Operations and Digital strategists.
  • Act as an interface between marketing and sales, including sales operations taking overall responsibility for joint pipeline views, metrics and funnel development including working with content teams to deliver stage appropriate assets
  • Work with sales development representatives to create inbound and outbound calling programs
  • Create impactful field marketing initiatives working with worldwide Directors of field and channel marketing
  • Orchestrate e-mail campaign strategy and account-based marketing initiatives
  • Oversee investment in marketing automation tools and processes, webinar campaigns and content syndication lead sources to have a compelling ROI
  • Oversee investment in digital marketing including pay per click, Adwords,  organic and other digital marketing efforts working with other team members


  • 10-15 years in B2B marketing within technology companies preferably targeting IT and Cloud networking decision makers with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
  • Leading global teams a plus
  • Strong domain knowledge of marketing operations, demand generation and understand of pipeline development, lead generation, scoring etc. nurturing,
  • Should have managed a team of product and solutions marketeers
  • Have a strong analytical approach understanding both the art and science of demand generation
  • Hands -on experience with Sales Force, Marketo or Hubspot and with good expertise of sales and automation workflows
  • Should be a trusted partner for sales and channel partners and understand different go-to-market strategies
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communications aptitude
  • Ability to operate autonomously with limited supervision
  • Experience working in fast-paced growth/start up environments
  • Ability to drive consensus
  • Bachelor’s in business, marketing, engineering or related functions engineering, business with a masters in management preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills in working with cross-functional teams and customers
