Job Title: Sr. Manager / Director Marketing

Aryaka is looking for a Marketing Leader who will act as Local Marketing Site Lead for Bangalore Team, the ideal candidate will oversee and super head overall Marketing Functions Like Marketing automation, Lead Generation, Market Research, SEO, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Events etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mentoring and hiring highly driven and enthusiastic lead development, and research professionals. This team fuels the growth machine at Aryaka and is key to the success of Aryaka Sales and Marketing Teams.

The ideal candidate for this role has proven experience in building, managing and enabling teams to achieve daily, weekly and quarterly targets. As part of their normal process, the team will also make a habit of providing feedback to marketing and sales operations about lead quality and suggesting process improvements.


  • Continue to coach and manage an existing team of 10+ representatives
  • Grow the team by hiring additional staff as needed
  • Develop the research, marketing, and industry skills of each team member
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives
  • Act as a Bangalore office CMO, while liaising  with global offices in the United States and Europe
  • Identify and make improvement recommendations for increased productivity, better efficiency & process
  • Report on Team/Individual Results – lead quantity, quality and revenue
  • Partner with Marketing on defining campaigns, as well as follow-up and reporting
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Reps to ensure lead quality/quantity and proper follow-up
  • Proficiency in Marketo & SFDC as well as pipeline development and demand generation is Desirable


  • Superior time management and communication skills
  • Great working knowledge of SFDC’s features and limitations
  • Experience managing and improving Marketing & Sales Development KPIs
  • Running successful weekly and monthly team meetings
  • Managing individual and management expectations (Managing Up)
  • Familiar with use of research tools, reporting and executive dashboards
  • 7+ years in the Software research, or marketing, or sales, or SDR, preferably in SaaS/Software B2B space
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ of target achievement as individual contributor
  • 2+ Years of management experience in building a great team & working environment
