How do I update my email preferences?

Log in to the Subscription Management Center using your Aryaka account credentials. From the dashboard, you can adjust preferences for newsletters, product updates, event invitations, and marketing communications.

What types of communications can I manage?

You can manage preferences for: Technical newsletters, product update notifications, event/webinar invitations, marketing promotions, customer success communications, and security alerts.

How long do preference changes take to effect?

Preference changes are processed immediately in our system. You should see changes in email communications within 24 hours, though some systems may take up to 7 days to fully update.

Can I pause communications temporarily?

Yes, the Subscription Management Center allows you to temporarily pause all non-essential communications for 30, 60, or 90 days. Critical security and service notifications will continue during this period.

How is my subscription data protected?

Can I export my communication history?

Yes, logged-in users can export a complete history of communications received from Aryaka, including email types, dates, and content categories. This feature is available under the 'History' tab in the management center.
