Also Ranks in Top 3 Marketshare in Latest IHS-Markit SD-WAN Report

The announcement was made on October 16th, in the iconic Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus in The Hague, Netherlands alongside SDN NFV World Congress.

The Network Transformation Awards are made with the highest credibility and integrity, with a judging panel comprised from the industry’s foremost analysts working in the SDN, NFV and Automation domains. In parallel news, IHS Markit has released their latest SD-WAN market size report, with Aryaka in 3rd place, just behind VMware and Cisco. In contrast to the two, Aryaka is in a unique position as both an SD-WAN technology and managed service provider. The report captured a 23% growth for SD-WAN during 2019 Q2 on the back of large enterprise deployments and router replacements.
“In our discussions with vendors, it has become apparent that most recognize SD-WAN as a mainstream technology,” said Josh Bancroft, senior research analyst at IHS Markit. “As a result, larger enterprises have begun to refresh their legacy, router-centric WANs with SD-WAN. Vendors are capitalizing on the refresh opportunities with customers that have large bases of aging router equipment.”
