The Role:

Working under the guidance of the Director of Global Field & Channel Marketing, the Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving optimal engagement and increasing sales and performance throughout the Aryaka partner ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be experienced working with a range of partner types, specifically Master Agents and VARs. You will work in close partnership with the channel sales and operations teams to drive strategy and ensure our partners are enabled and incentivised to deliver the best possible results. To help grow the channel business, you will deliver to, through and with Channel marketing programs including incentives, enablement events and co-funded partner-led activity and own the creation and delivery of channel marketing plans to support this.


  • Be Aryaka’s Channel Marketing ambassador: driving partner awareness, enablement and vendor preference.
  • Work with the PM team to ensure partners are delivering accurate messaging and value propositions to their customers and prospects.
  • Plan, develop and execute all channel marketing campaigns, programmes and activities.
  • Take ownership of partner webinars, newsletters and partner portal content.
  • Attend and contribute to partner QBRs and work with the Sales and Operations teams to build quarterly marketing plans with nominated partners to create demand / pipeline.
  • Reporting and analysis of all channel marketing programmes and ROI.
  • Ensure the channel marketing budget is allocated in a cost-effective manner to maximise ROI.
  • Role with require approx. 20% domestic travel.

Key Skills & Experience required:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years B2B2B Channel Marketing experience with proven success from strategy to execution.
  • Confident working in an autonomous role with the desire to offer an exceptional partner experience and service.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role delivering channel marketing campaigns and activities that drive channel growth.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience across the marketing mix.
  • Technology background essential.
