Job Title: Customer Success – Leader (APAC/EMEA)
Location: Bangalore

JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing a team of quota carrying Customer Success Representatives team to deliver consistent performance in terms of renewal targets as well as growth/upsell into the customer base. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build a team of CSM Executives (7 eventually in 18 months) to manage a 10-12 mn dollar portfolio of customers spanning 500-600 customers
  • Work with CSM & customers to ensure successful on-boarding, user adoption, retention
  • Coach CSM to find more avenues to upsell and cross sell Aryaka solutions
  • Work with the team to strategize the renewal/upsell approach working collaboratively with product, support and technical account managers
  • Constantly provide value to customers and grow the install base
  • Ensuring internal alignment on account strategy by partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and execute on account /success plans
  • Ensuring that any account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed
  • Presenting product roadmaps to customers, with emphasis on features most relevant to the given customer
  • Acting as a liaison between the customer, product, and engineering teams to represent, and think critically about, the ‘voice of the customer’ in the strategic direction and design.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, account management, Networking and /or technology consulting role
  • 2+ years of people management experience is a must
  • High-energy, “people-person;” Must excel in a small team environment and work cross-functionally
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, MS office is highly preferred
  • Ability to think strategically about organizational change and multitasking skills
  • Technically savvy, able to learn and embrace new technologies quickly
  • Innate ability to build long-lasting relationships and credibility
  • Quick learning abilities with a passion for web technologies
