Cloud-First Managed SD-WAN Service Honored for Flexibility, Operational Simplicity and Scalable Remote Access Capability

San Mateo, CA. – May 12, 2020 – Aryaka®, the Cloud-First WAN company delivering the #1 managed SD-WAN solution, announced today that TMC, a global, integrated media company, has named Aryaka SmartServices – Secure Remote Access (SRA) a 2020 TMCnet Teleworking Solutions Excellence Award winner.

The TMCnet Teleworking Solutions Excellence Award honors available products that help ensure remote workers have access to the same communications and other corporate resources as they would in the office.  Whether they are adjusting to new teleworking environments during the COVID-19 pandemic, or had previously adopted technologies in response to an already existing remote workforce trend, the products and services from winners of the 2020 Teleworking Solutions Excellence Award will enable businesses to effectively support their mobile and remote workforces.

Most WAN providers offer some type of remote VPN solution, but they were never designed for “peak capacity”, i.e. to scale for the present situation when nearly all of the employees in a region are working remotely. As a result, local VPN servers are getting overloaded with the number of connections and amount of traffic required to support such a large increase in demand, impacting employee productivity. Business continuity operations require telecommuters to be productive and served by the best possible application experience. The Aryaka SRA Solution delivers a global HOV lane for telecommuters and helps enterprises deal with this situation without significant infrastructure investment or time delays.

Today’s announcement comes on the heels of additional recent award wins Aryaka has received.
