Aryaka, the global SD-WAN provider, has announced a new technology partnership with Radware a global provider of cyber security solutions and application delivery for virtual, cloud and software defined data centres, to implement best-in-class DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack detection and mitigation for its global enterprise services.

Aryaka adds Radware DDoS security to its global private network to provide another layer of security. Also, Virgin Media Business launches managed SD-WAN with software from Versa Networks.

Aryaka has announced that networking industry veteran Claudio Perugini has joined the company’s leadership team as Senior Vice President of Global Channels. In his new role, Perugini will lead and further scale Aryaka’s global partner program.

Greg Orr now serves as vice president of sales for the Americas for the San Mateo, California-based Aryaka Networks. Orr is the third major hire by Aryaka in the last two months to have worked with Big Switch Networks and Gigamon.
