Aryaka Declared a Managed SD-WAN Industry Leader by Vertical Systems Group

For the second year, Aryaka is ranked among the industry leaders based on Installed and billable U.S. Managed SD-WAN sites in 2019. It is amazing to be up there with industry giants such as AT&T, Verizon, CenturyLink or Comcast when it comes to deliver on enterprises’ need for managed SD-WAN solutions.

This clearly validates Aryaka’s approach to the SD-WAN market. Aryaka’s SD-WAN technology, global presence and the white glove service delivery with 24×7 support, all come together to deliver on the user experience that enterprises expect as they rapidly shift to adopt SD-WAN Managed Services instead of traditional Do-It-Yourself solutions. Aryaka’s commitment to customer satisfaction is furthermore validated by Aryaka’s NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 65, greatly surpassing the service provider industry average of 12.1.

And let us just pile it on when it comes to customer validation: Aryaka was also recognized in Gartner’s 2020 Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’ for WAN Edge Infrastructure. The Gartner score shows that 97% of our customers would recommend us and we’re the ONLY managed SD-WAN Managed Services provider to be featured in Gartner’s report with an outstanding 4.8 out of 5 rating.

Vertical Systems Group also established that “Billable U.S. installations of Carrier Managed SD-WAN Services increased 89% in 2019. As projected in our prior research, large businesses and enterprises are increasingly relying on service providers to help configure, implement and manage their SD-WAN deployments.” This also aligns with Gartner’s prediction that SD-WAN Managed Services will grow at a CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) of 84.7% between now and 2022., significantly outpacing the growth of DIY solutions.

Aryaka, the only fully managed end-to-end SD-WAN provider that also provides its own technology, delivers the flexibility, operational simplicity and scalability required in the current dynamic environment, providing a completely “worry-free” approach to managed services. Aryaka offers a rich set of managed services that are seamlessly integrated to deliver the highest possible user experience. These on-demand services are designed with “cloud-first” principles for easy consumption, operational simplicity and scale. This allows Network IT departments to focus on strategic business initiatives, rather than merely “keeping the lights on”.

It is also interesting to read how Vertical Systems Group suggests the current COVID-19 crisis may impact enterprise network transformation strategies. Rick Malone, principal of Vertical Systems Group, stated: “While the duration and depth of the coronavirus economic collapse is unknown, we expect resiliency across bandwidth intensive VPN markets.” This indicates enterprises might well double down on strategic projects that deliver on the agility their current infrastructures -including first generation SD-WAN technologies- were found to lack. As traffic patterns dramatically changed, many VPN infrastructures failed to adapt and impacted user experience and ultimately productivity for remote workers.

This is also reflected in Aryaka’s fourth annual State of the WAN report, which revealed that application performance, impacted by network complexity at the edge and in the cloud, is the key enterprise concern this year for organizations implementing SD-WAN and one of the perceived barriers to deployment. In addition, 87% of the respondents are now open to considering a managed SD-WAN service, growing from 59% in 2019. This speaks to the perceived flexibility and simplicity of a fully managed service, which is an even greater imperative now.

Aryaka also recently announced new customer wins including World Fuel Services who, in December, selected Aryaka to assist the company with its strategic digital transformation and network simplification initiatives. World Fuel Services markets, sells and distributes aviation, marine and land fuel and related products and services to its clients at more than 8,000 locations in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.

Enterprises are driven to Aryaka for its Managed Solutions, which brings together the different connectivity, security, multi-cloud, and optimization capabilities offered as part of its fully-managed SD-WAN service. This includes HybridWAN functionality that leverages broadband internet, and a managed virtual firewall service with Palo Alto Networks.
