For the 2nd year in a row, we’re honored to be recognized as a Gartner Voice of the Customer (VoC) for WAN Edge Infrastructure (February, 2021).  This achievement is totally based on the level of customer satisfaction and follow-through we provide, testament to both the capabilities of our managed offering as well as the expertise and dedication of our support organization.  It speaks to the flexibility, operational simplicity, and scalability we deliver in a very challenging and dynamic environment.  Basically, have made it known that by going with Aryaka, they have one less thing – the WAN – to worry about.

In order to be consider a VoC, a vendor this year must have received over 50 eligible (validated) reviews across a mix of verticals and regions and must have had an overall score of 4.7 out of 5.  Aryaka exceeded these requirements with almost 70 reviews and a 4.8 rating.  Additionally, Aryaka is positioned in the top 3 in overall combined ratings and is only one of two vendors to have achieved the VoC designation across all three regions – NA, EMEA, and APAC, as well as receiving a 100% recommendation rating.  And remember that we’re the only managed service provider to be included in this report.   Also of interest is the position of some of the well-known vendors in the SD-WAN space, absent from the Customer Choice quadrant due to lower ratings or the number of total reviews.

Peeling back the onion, there are a number of key factors that set the stage for Aryaka’s unparalleled customer experience, one that is in fact disruptive to the traditional telco managed services support experience.  How many of you are generally satisfied with your telco and their support capabilities?  The Aryaka team, committed to customer success above all, just won’t permit our customers to fail.  You could say that they make heroes of IT.  The foundation for this is a true software-defined service delivery infrastructure, not only in name, but in reality.  It enables us to deliver a frictionless end-to-end experience, spanning deployment, operation, and troubleshooting, and ultimately delivering a better customer experience through reduced time to problem resolution (TTR) resulting in a lower TCO.  This ultimately drives business productivity and enables cost reduction.

Separate from our customer success focus, other reasons that Aryaka’s platform continues to score favorably with customers include an offering that drives business agility and innovation, via an as-a-service consumption model where customers are able to see two to four times faster time-to-market through greater architectural flexibility and services integration.  This is complemented by rapid and easy change management, where, thanks to a converged network and security architecture, customers are able to more effectively manage change for applications and workloads.
